THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS POSTED AT THE BETA.SAM.GOV WEBSITE AT sam.gov/ . THERE ARE NO SPECIFICATIONS TO PROVIDE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT AT THIS TIME AS THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT - READ CAREFULLY. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this project including interested Small Business sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond. The NY Army National Guard, Camp Smith Training Site intends issue a solicitation and award of a contract to conduct �KITCHEN EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES�. This project will be procured using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and is anticipated magnitude us under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT). The project includes but is not necessarily limited to the following: The Contractor shall perform Routine Maintenance, and Urgent and Emergency Repairs on kitchen equipment listed in Technical Exhibit 3. Routine maintenance must be performed two times per year. Urgent repairs must be performed within two (2) business days. Emergency repairs must be performed within four (4) hours of notification. All interested concerns will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intention to submit a quote as a prime contractor no later than 16 January 2023. This notification, which shall not exceed five (5) typewritten pages which must include: 1. A positive statement of intent to quote. 2. A listing of projects completed during the past three years, both for government and private industry. The type of project, dollar value, contract number, location, and point of contact are to be included. Indicate if you were the prime or subcontractor, and if the subcontractor, provide the name and point of contact for the prime contractor. 3. A brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract. In the event adequate Small Business contractors are not available for adequate competition for this project, it may be advertised as unrestricted.
