Description

The U.S. Department of Education (the Department) has issued a Request for Quote for The Review of Cost Structures for the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP).This procurement is conducted pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.203 ""Procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award� and Subpart 13.5 ""Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services"". The U.S. Department of Education (Department) seeks to award a contract to a qualified vendor to provide technical assistance and expert advice to support the projects of the Statistical Standards and Data Confidentiality Staff (SSDCS) related to statistical standards, confidentiality, and data security. The Government anticipates soliciting this effort using the SAM.Gov website, NAICS 541611 Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services, 100% set-aside for Small Business. The contract will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Priced, with a Period of Performance of 8-months. Please see attached solicitation document �91990023Q0002 Cost Structure Review- RFQ� for full requirement details, instructions to offerors and evaluation criteria. Questions must be submitted electronically to BOTH Point of Contacts listed in the RFQ by 11:00 AM (Eastern Standard Time) on December 30, 2022. Quotations must be submitted electronically to BOTH Point of Contacts listed in the RFQ by 11:00 AM (Eastern Standard Time) on January 27, 2023.
