- Amendment 01, 06 January 2023 Updated Combined Snynopsis and Solicitation with answers to submitted questions and photos of the site.� --------------------------------- The 49th Civil Engineering Squadron at Holloman AFB, NM, is seeking to have the Main Substation Main Breaker repaired. Additionally, the contractor will perform the manufacture recommended ten-year overhaul. Quotes must be in accordance with the �Statement of Work� at Attachment 1. Any interested vendor must be able to work on the existing infrastructure. All quotes must meet criteria in Attachments.�
