This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01 / 12/30/2022. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238220, with a small business size standard of $16.5 Million Dollars. The Network Contracting Office 7 is seeking to Eye Wash Station Maintenance and Repair for the Jennifer Moreno VA Medical Center located in San Diego, CA. All questions regarding this RFQ must be in writing and may be sent by e mail to Charity.Cazee@va.gov. Questions must be received no later than January 11, 2023, at 12:00 PM MST (Arizona Time). No further questions will be accepted after that date and time. All offers must be in writing and may be sent by e mail to Charity.Cazee@va.gov. Offers must be received no later than January 18, 2023, at 12:00 PM MST (Arizona Time). No further offers will be accepted after that date and time. You are reminded that representatives from your company SHALL NOT contact any VA Medical Center employees to discuss this RFQ during this RFQ process. All questions and concerns regarding this RFQ shall be directed to the Contracting Officer. SCHEDULE: This is a Service-Disable Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside requirement. All interested companies shall provide a quotation for the following: VA San Diego Healthcare System (VASDHS) currently has a requirement for a non-personal services order to provide monthly, annual maintenance services, and emergency repair service for all Eye Wash Stations. The JMVAMC is equipped with 240 eye wash station throughout the facility. Inventory plumbed eye wash stations against existing list to update the list and ensure each plumbed eye wash station has an inspection tag. Provide cleaning of hardwater and biofilm on plumbed eye wash stations as required. Annotate any identified functional maintenance needs (e.g., low/high flow rate, defective/missing caps, etc.). The Contractor s office/location must be operational upon award of the contract and throughout the duration of the performance and must be open for business from 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and weekends. The Government will provide the existing plumbed eye wash station inventory list which specifies site locations, room numbers, and quantities. As required by the State of California all plumbing contractors must be licensed in the state of California to perform all work outlined in this statement of work.
