The modifications shall be issued under current contracts W15QKN-19-D-0109 with American Ordnance (AO) (Middletown, Iowa) and W15QKN-19-D-0110 with General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems (GD-OTS) Niceville (Niceville, FL). These modifications will increase the contract ceiling by $430,416,974.58, FROM: $133,212,118.80 TO: $563,629.093.38, combined. These modifications will be issued under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(c)(1); as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B)-Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. These modifications are a result of the surge in requirements to support the Presidential Buyback effort. Appropriate and available funds are available for this acquisition. Please note the intent of this notice is not a request for a formal Request for Proposal (RFP), nor is the Government obligated to issue an RFP. The anticipated award for this action is Fiscal Year 2023, Quarter 3 (FY23Q3). Telephone inquiries will not be accepted.
