- The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Gallup Service Unit in Gallup, New Mexico intends to negotiate four sole-source Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with State of New Mexico, Rehoboth McKinley Christian Healthcare, Esoterix Genetic Laboratories, and Tricore Reference Laboratories for various diagnostic and esoteric laboratory testing. Testing to include but not limited to: CBC, PT & PTT, Fibrinogen, D-Dimer, ESR, Body Fluid Cell Counts, Total Protein On Body Fluid, Creatinine On Body Fluid, Comprehensive Metabolic Profile, Liver Function Profile, Cardiac Profile, Reticulocyte Count, Mono Test, C.Difficile, Ammonia, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Tegretol, Urine Sodium, Valproic Acid, Renal Profile, Troponin, Beta, Natriuretic Peptide, Complete Urinalysis, Theophyline, Phenobarbitol, Vancomycin, Gentamycin, Salicylate, Acetaminophen, Ethanol, HCG Quantitative, CK, CKMB, Amylase, Peripheral Smear Review, Lipase, RSV Test, Lactate, Peripheral Blood Mosaicism Study, Fragile X Study, Afp4 Prenatal Genetic Screening, Fluorescence In Situ Hybridization for DeGeorge Syndrome, Fluorescence In Situ Hybridization for Angelman Syndrome, Fluorescence In Situ Hybridization misc., Cystic Fibrosis Full Gene Sequencing, Cystic Fibrosis 5T Allele Genotyping, Immunoperoxidase, Morph Blk5-8, Fish Morph anal-2, FloCyto-1, FloCyto-10, FloCyto-9-15, Cyto c Interp, Morph Blk1-4, Immunoflourescent AB, Ethylene Glycol, AFB, ID, MTB/MAC, DNA Probe, Fungal Culture, Cutaneous Direct I, Hanta Virus Ab, Level IV gross & micro, Special Stain group I, Histo Stain Frozen, Morph Slide review, Meconium Drug Screen, Immunoperoxidase Br, Coccidodes CSF, Blood AFB Culture, Aerobe Definitive ID, Sensitivity test, CA/Sh study, Tissue cult, bm or bld, Cytogen Interp, CA//Additional Karyoty, Flow Cyto Interp 16+, Morph Blk Rvw >8, Volatiles Screen, Platelet Aggregation, Amplification, Mutation Screening, Cell Lysis, Quantiferon TB Gold (reflex only), and Buprenephrine. The period of performance is January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023 with one one-year option. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 541380, Testing Laboratories and Services with a small business size standard of $16.5 million.� No further awards will be made unless the needs for Gallup Service Unit changes. Any other vendors who believe they are capable of providing the testing services are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists and catalogs to Gallup Indian Medical Center. Responses to this notice shall be received no later than 1:00 pm MST on January 16, 2023. In the event additional services are required, capable vendors may be contacted. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered.
