Description

The contractor is Yakama Power, 61220 Highway 97 South, Toppenish, Washington, for electric power (utility) services. The intent to replace Yakama Indian Health Clinic�s purchase order number 75H71322P00020 with Yakama Power.� This contract action is critical as it will allow for uninterrupted electric power services for the Yakama Indian Health Clinic in support or direct patient care services. Period of Performance to be January 01, 2023 to December 31, 2023. This acquisition is conducted pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Items (41 U.S.C. 3305, 3306, and Chapter 37); FAR Part 12 Acquisition Procedures of Commercial Items (41 U.S.C. 1906, 1907, and 3307), FAR 37.101, Non-Personal Services Contract, and FAR Part41, Acquisition of Utility Services. This is not a request for quotations. No solicitation package is available. Any response to this notice must be received no later than 12:00 P.M., Pacific Standard Time (PST), Thursday, December 30, 2022.� No telephone inquiries will be accepted.� Responses must be directed to Yakama Indian Health Clinic, Purchasing Agent, Stacy Hill at Stacy.Hill@ihs.gov and Allison Shavehead at Allison.Shavehead@ihs.gov.
