- THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY. This Request for Information (RFI) is intended for information and planning purposes only at this time and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Department of Veterans Affairs. Because this is a Request for Information announcement, no evaluation letters and/or results will be issued to the respondents. No solicitation exists. Therefore, do not request a copy of a solicitation. The Coatesville VA Medical Center requires the delivery of a Liebert Air-Cooled System. This system will be used to maintain proper temperature and humidity levels in the Pharmacy Cache room. Description of work: VAPHS requires purchase of the following (Brand Name or Equal requirement): Quantity (1) Liebert PDX Air-Cooled System Configuration Number: PX011UA1A8H22801P0B0P09K2 Model Number: PX011UA1A809K2 Nominal 37.1 kBtuh (10.9 kW) at approximately 75°F, 45% RH 460 Voltage, 3 Phase, 60 Hz System Details: Upflow with Front Air Return Liebert iCOM Control with High-Definition Display iCOM based communication o BACnet IP (Ethernet Port) o BACnet MSTP (RS-485 Port) o IP Protocols over one network Variable speed EC plug fans Digital scroll, variable capacity compressor utilizing R-410A Crankcase Heater Thermal Expansion Valve Compressor Sound Jacket Evaporator Type: tilted- slab, copper tubes - aluminum fins with hydrophilic coating Two-Stage 6kW Electric Reheat. (.68kg) insulation painted in unit matching colors and has a 19-5/16 x 25-5/16 (491mmx643mm) top duct collar for field attached ductwork Unit Color: RAL 7021 Black Gray Matte Supply Air Sensor Remote Temperature and Humidity Sensors provided in a vented case with 90 feet (27 meters) of cable One Remote Shut Down Contact Three Alarm Contacts Reduced Duct Collar Plenum Plenum Color : RAL 7021 Black Gray Matte Liebert MC One (1) Liebert MC Air-Cooled Microchannel Condenser, Model MCS028E1AD04NI, using input supply voltage of 460 Volt, 3 Phase, 60 Hz The Liebert MC is an air-cooled condenser featuring an all-aluminum microchannel coil and variable-speed fan motors on every fan. Constructed with an aluminum cabinet, the Liebert MC is a low-profile, direct-drive propeller fan-type air-cooled unit suitable for mounting outdoors. It provides for the heat rejection of either one or two separate refrigeration circuits, matching heat rejection capacity varying with the outdoor ambient temperatures, compressor or pump (if applicable) system mode, and with each corresponding compressor/pumps heat rejection requirements. The unit is quiet and corrosion resistant. All electrical connections and controls are enclosed in a factory mounted NEMA 3R electrical panel. Copper pipe connections are provided for the brazing of field piping and connections are located next to the electrical panel. Short Circuit Current Rating of 65,000 Amps, rms. If not, please provide the country where the unit is manufactured. If you are a large business, do you have any designated distributors? If so, please provide their company name, telephone, point of Contact and size status (if available). If you re a small business and you are an authorized distributor/reseller for the items identified above do you alter; assemble; modify; the items requested in any way? If you do, state how and what is altered; assembled; modified? If you intend to subcontract any work on this contract, what portion of the total cost will be self-performed/will be performed by your organization? Please provide estimated detailed percentage breakdowns related to subcontracted work and completion of job. Does your company have an FSS contract with GSA or the NAC or are you a contract holder with any other federal contract? If so, please provide the contract number. If you are an FSS GSA/NAC contract holder or other federal contract holder, are the items/solution you are providing information for available on your schedule/contract? General pricing of your products/solution is encouraged. Pricing will be used for the purpose of market research only. It will not be used to evaluate for any type of award.
