Description

The 325th Contracting Squadron (325 CONS) at Tyndall AFB issues this Sources Sought Synopsis for information only to locate sources who are capable. This Sources Sought is for Pavement Survey Services located on Tyndall AFB, FL. The project intent is to perform existing condition assessment surveys of various pavements across Tyndall AFB. Anyone working on this contract shall adhere to the following guidance during this project: Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) 3-250-01, Pavement Design for Roads and Parking Areas; UFC 3-250-03, Standard Practice Manual for Flexible Pavements; Air Force Standards; Department of Defense (DOD) Directives; Florida State Statutes; Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT); Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Requirements; Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) Regulations; Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Regulations. If there is a conflict between these codes, regulations and specifications the most stringent requirements shall apply at all times. For the safety of all personel, working outside of the normal duty day (0700 - 1530 hours) may be required. This Sources Sought is an advance notice for information and planning purposes only and is not a solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System is 238910.�Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 1:30 P.M. local time on 06 Jan 2023. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to�compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS It is imperative that business concerns responding to this sources sought articulate their capabilities clearly and adequately. It is requested that interested small businesses submit a brief capabilities statement (no more than 10 pages in length, single-spaced, 12-point font minimum) demonstrating ability to perform Pavement Survey Services. This documentation shall address, as a minimum, the following: 1. Company information: Company name; address, point of contact information to include: name, email address and telephone number. 2. Company size in relation to the applicable North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) 238910. 3. The socioeconomic status of the company. 4. A list of similar contracts (not to exceed 3) your company currently holds or has completed within the last three years. The list of contracts should be relevant to Mold Remediation Services, should include the location, contract number, description, estimated yearly value, performance dates, and Government point(s) of contacts (Contracting Officer and/or Contracting Officer Representative) with phone number and email address. 5. Demonstrate the company has adequate financial resources to perform this requirement; or the ability to obtain financial resources to perform this requirement. ALL SUBMISSIONS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 1:30 PM EST ON TUESDAY 06 Jan 2023. The Government will NOT provide a debrief on the results of the sources sought. All information submitted will be held in a confidential manner and will only be used for the purpose intended.
