- This Request for Proposal (RFP), W91CRB-23-R-5004, is for the procurement of�brand-name only Alaskan Medical Shelter, Generac or equivalent Diesel Light Tower, and Generac or equivalent Mobile Generators in support of a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement for the country of Armenia. All proposals are to be in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) as defined under FMS Case AM-B-MAA. This effort will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract. See attached solicitation for details of items being procured.� This solicitation will NOT be issued in paper.� All interested parties are responsible for obtaining the solicitation documents through Beta.Sam at (https://beta.sam.gov/). Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be considered for award of a Federal contract. Information regarding registration can be obtained from the SAM link at: https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM. Any questions are to be submitted in writing to Charrissa Stancell, Contract Specialist, via email to:� charrissa.m.stancell.civ@army.mil no later than 10:00 AM EST on 11 JAN 2023. Questions submitted after this time will not be addressed. This solicitation will close on 19 JAN 2023 at 10:00AM EST.
