Description

Questions and Answers have been added as an Attachment to this solicitation.� Title: Scenic Byway Creek Fire Road Repairs - Phase 2 Phase 2 of the Scenic Byway Creek Fire Road Repairs consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, incidentals, inspection, quality control and supplies necessary to repair 42.35 miles of Minarets Road in the Sierra National Forest, Madera County, California.� This Invitation for Bids (IFB) is being solicited in accordance with the Schedule, Contract Clauses, List of Attachments, and Representation & Instructions as detailed in the attached solicitation documents.� This procurement is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.� The Forest Service intents to award one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price contract resulting from this solicitation. Bid opening will be virtual. Call-in information will be provided upon request or upon submission of bid.� Site Visit: In accordance with FAR 52.236-27, Site Visit, interested vendors MAY arrange to view the site if weather conditions allow. Some fo teh road requiring repair is above 8,000 feet in elevation and may have snow accumulation that might limit access to the road. All requests for site visits must go through Pablo Gonzalez at (559) 392-0423 or pablo.gonzalez@usda.gov as roads may be closed due to weather conditions.�
