Description

The US Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground - Natick on behalf of the Combat Capabilities Development Command - Soldier Center, G-Staff intends to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR 13.106(b)(1) only one responsible source to Elsevier, Inc., New York, NY for subscription renewal to �Science Direct Online � College Edition.� Elsevier, Inc is the only vendor able to provide electronic access to the journals and books compiled in this online library. While this notice is not a request for competitive proposals, responsible parties purporting to have the requisite credentials and capabilities to provide this service in fulfilling the agency�s requirements must furnish, in writing, factual information which clearly supports and demonstrates their ability to sufficiently provide this subscription service, within 15 days to Brandon Rivett (Contracting Officer) by email at Brandon.j.rivett.civ@army.mil.� Any questions regarding this notice must be in writing only; no telephonic replies will be accepted.� A determination not to compete this proposed action based on any responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the contracting officer.
