- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: MS City: Gulfport Delineated Area: Starting at the intersection of Canal Road & Interstate 10 - North: Interstate 10 to Lorraine Road; East: Lorraine Road to US Highway 90 South: US Highway 90 to Lewis Avenue West: Lewis Avenue to 17th Street to 62nd Avenue to N. Wright Avenue to 17th Street to Colby Avenue/ Canal Road to Interstate 10 Ending at the intersection of Interstate 10 & Canal Road Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,420 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,420 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 10 Parking Spaces (Surface): 10 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 10 Full Term: 15 Firm Term: 10 Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Offered buildings must meet certain base building requirements, including but not limited to the following: Offered space must be contiguous in one suite and above grade. Offered space must be on the 2nd floor or higher. The Tenant's regular business hours are 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM; however, 24-hour access to the space and any provided elevator service must be available 365 days per year. The proposed site must not be within 640'-0"" of any facilities identified by the ISC as ""hazardous materials transportation/storage facilities."" 1. Hazardous locations include facilities with potential environmental threats (e.g., fuel storage areas, gas stations, chemical manufacturing facilities, and railroad lines transporting hazardous material). 2. Special consideration should be given to exclude sites located near hazardous areas, such as bulk storage sites (e.g., hazardous materials storage sites, water purification centers, above ground fuel storage, and rail yards). 3. It is preferred that the proposed facility not be located near ""Low Risk Facilities"" (e.g., day care centers, senior centers, schools, hospitals, and religious/rehabilitation/social service centers). The proposed facility must not be located within 400'-0"" of public defenders, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), probation offices, Internal Revenue Service (IRS), universities, other businesses or facilities deemed unacceptable by Tenant Security for safety purposes. The office space/building must have a maximum of two (2) entry points unless approved by Tenant Security. When two (2) entrances are present, one (1) must be designated for visitors and one (1) must be designated for employees, only. Spaces/buildings may have additional doors used for egress or access to service areas. Any offer in a residential area� or� both commercial and residential are not acceptable No parking spaces below or above space will be accepted Other typical and special requirements are called for in the Request for Lease Proposals (RLP) package. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
