- Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Cyprus will launch the solicitation on the https://cy.usembassy.gov/ website when it is available. The Embassy of the United States in Nicosia will issue a solicitation for the maintenance of seven (7) generators in Nicosia.� The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and four one-year periods, at the option of the Government.� These requirements may change depending on funding availability in forth coming periods. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The Government plans to issue the solicitation in January 2023.� All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov� prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.� Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.� The guidelines for registration in SAM are also available at: SAM.gov | Entity Registrations ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION/RESPONSES: No electronic offers will be accepted.� Please mail your offer to the contracting office listed in this notice prior to the response date and time.�
