- 1. The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 20, intends to solicit quotes for childcare services for the Spokane Veteran Center, Spokane Washington. The childcare services shall be provided at the Contractors licensed facility. A Statement of Work (SOW) will be included in the solicitation. The Request for Quotations number is 36C26023Q0112. 2. The solicitation will result in the award of multiple contracts based on needs of the Government. The resulting contract(s) will be a fixed-price contract. The applicable NAICS code is 624410 (Child Day Care Services), and the small business size standard is $8.5M. This procurement will be competed as UNRESTRICTED. 3. The intended contract period is a two-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). 4. Telephonic requests for the solicitation will not be honored. When issued, the solicitation will be available via the Contracting Opportunities website, https://sam.gov/. The tentative solicitation issue date is Dec 9, 2022, and the anticipated closing date is Dec 16, 2022. Interested Quoters are advised to consult the actual solicitation for final dates and times. 5. Quoters from all capable and responsible sources will be considered. All prospective Contractors are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://sam.gov database prior to submission of quotations. Failure to register in the database will make a Quoter ineligible for award.
