- Description
- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number 140R2023Q0006 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-08, as of September 23, 2022. (iv) This acquisition is Open Market, Total Small business Set-aside. The NAICS code is 561720 and the size standard is $19.5 million. (v) The contract line items are listed in the price schedule of the solicitation package. Please provide the total price for the firm-fixed price line items. (vi) This requirement is for janitorial services of up to twenty (20) waterborne flush restroom facilities including two (2) fish cleaning stations and six (6) pre-cast concrete waterless vault-type restroom facilities located in the Tuttletown and Glory Hole Recreational Areas, Natural Bridges Day Use Area and the Visitor Center Restroom located near the New Melones Park Office. New Melones Lake is located off highway 49 in Tuolumne and Calaveras Counties, Sonora, California. (vii) The period of performance will be for 1-year, March 1, 2023 - February 29, 2024. (viii) The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Products and Commercial Services applies to this acquisition. The quote package will consist of the vendor's pricing information, technical proposal, and past performance reference. (ix) The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. Refer to this provision for information. (x) The provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. (xi) The clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. There are not any addenda to this clause. (xii) The clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. The applicable clauses cited within this clause are indicated in the solicitation package. (xiii) All additional contract clauses and provisions are included in the attached solicitation package. (xiv) The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) do not apply to this acquisition.
