Description

The 7th Contracting Squadron, Dyess AFB is looking to rent 15 golf carts from 25 April 2023-23 May 2023. Interested vendors may submit questions and or a capbilities statement to Lt Brianna Johndrow at brianna.johndrow.2@us.af.mil.� Specifications include:� Utility Carts with seating for two (2) passenger�s side-by-side and utility bed behind the passenger compartment Each utility cart must have operable headlights. Each utility cart must have a clearance of 12 -15 feet. Utility carts must have overhead covers. Utility Carts must have horn capability. The Government is responsible for all gasoline during the period of performance of rental. The carts shall be delivered with a full tank of gasoline. The Government will return the carts with a full tank of gasoline. In the event a utility cart goes out of service, the contractor shall provide a replacement cart or repair the broken cart to make it operable again. Service should be restore within 48 hours of breakdown. In the event of any damages, the contractor will access the damages and report back to the 7 BW Contracting Officer for reimbursement of repairs. Should be 4 cycle, gas-operated utility or golf carts
