- Intent to Sole Source Installation of CCTV cameras, PACS Card Readers and an Intercom system to Siemens who is under contract for the maintenance, repair and replacement of installed technological infrastructure. Contractor Responsibility include: CCTV Cameras (On VA Network): Siemens to provide and install one (1) camera in each of the (2) two Seclusion rooms for a total of (2) two cameras. Siemens to provide and install network cabling to each of the cameras. Siemens to install corner mount anti-ligature camera in each seclusion room. Siemens to provide and install monitor at the Nurse Managers desk for them to be able to view the cameras. All programming and testing to be provided by Siemens. Access Control (On VA Network): Siemens to remove wiring from the center Access Control door devices that currently has Access Control on. LVMC to remove all door devices and move them to the end door that currently does not have Access Control on. Siemens to reconnect to the door hardware. All wiring to be performed by Siemens. LVMC to provide a wiring path to the door opener. All programming and testing to be provided by Siemens. Intercom (NOT on VA Network- copper wire device): Siemens to provide and install an intercom at each of the (2) two doors leading from the hallway. Siemens to provide and install desk stations at the (2) two nurses stations. Siemens to provide and install all wiring. LVMC to provide a wire path to the nurses stations. All programming and testing to be provided by Siemens. Contractor will be responsible for the actions of all individuals provided to work for the VA under this contract. In the event that damages arise for work performed by contractor provided personnel, under the auspices of this contract, the contractor will be responsible for all resources necessary to remedy the incident. Contractor will also be responsible for ensuring all provided personnel are properly licensed if operating motor vehicles on the facility and all personnel check-in prior to start of the assigned work pertaining to this contract and check-out with Police Services upon the completion of the work performed.
