Description: The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is evaluating Robotic Process Automation Software, (RPA) to develop a suite of BOTs that could be used to increase efficiency and reduce time to perform repetitive tasks.� This Request for Information (RFI) will assist the FHWA's Information Acquisition Center of Excellence (IT ACE) conduct market research in order to determine the appropriate methodology for moving forward with a solicitation for these services.
