Description

The U. S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission), intends to make an award, on a sole source basis, to� BLOOMBERG-BNA HOLDINGS INC, 1801 South Bell Street, Arlington, Virginia 22202 UEI (KG5PWYBKVCA5),� under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.� This requirement is to purchase a department-wide subscription to Bloomberg law. Please see the attached Justification and Approval for additional details. The period of performance is 5 years, with base year starting Jan 1st, 2023 through December 31st, 2024�and four option years.� This announcement is not a request for competitive proposals. �A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. �The intent of this announcement is for informational purposes only. �However, any information received within seven days after the posting date of this notice will be considered by the Government.
