Description

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE, NOT A REQUEST FOR A PROPOSAL, A SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE REQUESTED. In the event a contractor doesn't agree with this Notice of Intent and feel that they can perform the task specified, please submit your capabilities statement, along with any documentation that substantiates that you are authorized to perform repair, calibration and installation services of Teledyne-Reson equipment by 17 December 2022 This is a non-personal services contract to provide manufacture supported repair and calibration of Teledyne-Reson equipment.� The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items to perform� all services as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished.� The US Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District, intends to negotiate on a noncompetitive, sole source basis, under the authority fo FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) ""Only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisify agency requirements"", to Measutronics Corporation, 4020 Kidron Road STE 9, Lakeland, Florida 33811-1202 for factory authorized Teledyne-RESON repairs and installation services.� This service will be delivered to the Jacksonville District, USACE.� NAICS Code is 334511 and size standards is $16.5 Million.
