GEOTECHNICAL LABORATORY SERVICES - INDUSTRY DAY Project Name: Geotechnical Laboratory Services Solicitation Number: W9128F2310033 This announcement provides details for the upcoming Industry Day to be held via Webex for Geotechnical Laboratory Services. This notice does not constitute a solicitation. This announcement and the Industry Day event are for planning purposes only. Response to this notice is strictly voluntary. The Government will not reimburse any party attending or participating for costs incurred for this event or marketing efforts. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, Industry Day event will take place beginning at a time TBA on the 05th of December 2022. During this event, in addition to a scope briefing, interested contractors will have the opportunity to discuss the prospective work. If time permits, contractors will have the opportunity to sign up for a one-on-one meeting with the government representative the Industry Day event. One-on-one meetings are intended to allow contractors to provide specification feedback that may be proprietary or otherwise inappropriate for the open Webex. The government will not answer questions or share additional specification clarification during one-on-one discussions. Industry Day will be held: Presentation will be held via Webex on TBA on the 05th of December 2022.� Additional information on the time of the meeting will be posted on this announcement once it becomes available.� The intent is to post this pre-announcement to allow the initiation of planning and scheduling for the Industry Day TELECONFERENCE/WEBMEETING ACCESS INFORMATION This Industry Day will be 100% virtual and log-in information for WebEx will be posted on this announcement once it becomes available.� Industry Day Attendance: All interested parties are invited to attend.
