For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name and Cage Code and an email address. PRON: AX3F2102AX. The Government proposes to acquire on a one-time buy a quantity of 60 each of a BRACKET, EYE, ROTATING, NSN: 3040-01-134-8362, Part Number: 70103-08103-045 applicable to the BE UH-60 Blackhawk Helicopter weapon system. Production Lead Time (PLT) with First Article Testing (FAT) is 1080 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 720 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to TRACY, CA 95304-5000. This item is restricted to Timken Aerospace Drive Systems, CAGE: 15152, W & G Machine Co., CAGE: 33682, Rotair Aerospace Corp., CAGE 54878, Alpha Q Inc., CAGE 61344, Sikorsky Aircraft, CAGE 78286, and PCX Aerostructures, LLC, CAGE 82001. This part required engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. This part has been identified by the responsible Systems Engineer as a Critical Safety Item (CSI). Per AMCOM Regulation 702-7 and AMCOM Policy Memorandum 70-5, all CSIs must be procured from approved sources. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source (s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website: usarmy.redstone.ccdc-avmc.mbx.ame-sar@mail.mil and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing�date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 12470.
