Description

USAID Southern Africa is Requesting Quotation for 1 X STATION WAGON: 7 PAX (SUV), similar to Ford Everest or Jeep Cherokee or Equivalent. The contractor shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database�https://sam.gov/content/home�prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submission of quotations/proposals. The guidelines for registration in SAM are also available at: DOWNLOAD:�SAM Guidance (PDF 920KB) � �The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. Quotes must be sent via email to: mission-pretoria-procurement@usaid.gov. Quote reference is REQ-674-23-000034. Closing date to receive quotations is COB on�Thursday, January 5, 2023. �USAID payment terms: �An EFT will be made into the company�s bank account, within 30 days after receipt of goods and proper invoice. �Advance payments are not authorized. �The U.S. Government cannot accept any local terms and conditions or clauses, as they are bound by U.S. Legislation and laws. By submitting a quotation, you are agreeing to waiver your companies� terms and conditions or clauses.
