The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS) is conducting market research to support the USDA, ARS, SEA, Plant Science Research Unit, Raleigh, North Carolina location. Seeking contractor to provide: ��� 12-month service contract for a SPT Labtech Ltd mosquito pipettor serial number MHV2099 12-month service contract for a SPT Labtech Ltd dragonfly discovery 6-head dispenser serial number DFD318 To be performed in strict accordance with attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Each 12-month service contract should include: An annual preventative maintenance visit Unlimited telephone and email support Unlimited remote access support 15% discount off list price for replacement parts 15% discounted call out and labor charges for service visits Service visit response times of 3 days or less���������������������������������������������� ��������������������������������������������������������������������������� Responses should include: Organization Name, address, contact phone number, e-mail address, and web site address.
