ANY INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY RESPONDENTS TO THIS TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION IS STRICTLY VOLUNTARY. We are seeking to acquire a management system that can be utilized as shelving and desktop functionality to store and perform maintainenance on information technology (IT) equipment. This is a sources sought announcement in support of market research to identify potential products that can provide a brand name or equal to the Eaton Laboratory Management System and Eaton Techbench/Techorganizer. SPECIFICATIONS System must maximize use of work/wall space Attachment 1 contains a floor plan with approximate measurements System must permit modular configuration Vertical space configuration Item must be free standing and not supported by wall mounts Heavy duty frames Laminate and steel material Cable management The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 337214 and the size standard is 1,000 employees. SUBMISSION DETAILS: Your response to this Sources Sought, including any capabilities statement, shall be electronically submitted to the Contract Specialist, Amber Moore and Contracting Officer, Seth Johnson, in either Microsoft Word or Portable Document Format (PDF), via email to amber.moore.15@us.af.mil and seth.johnson.27@us.af.mil no later than the provided response date as referenced on https://sam.gov and reference this synopsis number in the subject line of the e-mail and on all enclosed documents.
