- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, intends to procure, on an other than full and open competition basis a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Commercial contract with Kratos Analytical for the acquisition of one AXIS Supra+ XPS/UPS Spectrometer.� The procured system shall be comprised of the following: MI-600 AXIS Supra+ Base Spectrometer Unit WX-600 AXIS Supra+ Imaging/Spectroscopy Analyser WX-602 Small Spot Selected Area Aperture Drive WX-604 Small Spot & Imaging Selected Area Iris Drive WX-606 Automated Analyser Entrance Slit WX-611 Five Axis Automated Sample Stage WX-620 Sample Load-lock and Storage Magazine WX-621 Sample Load-lock Pumping Kit WX-682 Rough Pumping Kit for Sample Entry System & SSS WX-623 Sample Analysis Chamber TMP Pumping Kit WX-683 Sample Analysis Chamber Rough Pumping Kit WX-626 Sample Analysis Chamber CCTV and Optics System WX-627 Sample Load-lock Optics System WX-631 Motorised Monochromator Mirror Assembly WX-634 Motorised Al Monochromator X-ray Source WX-641 High Perfornace Ar-ion Sputtering System DS-600 ESCApe Data Acquisition and Processing System DS-620 eSpectra Database Licence WX-681 Water Boost Pump for X-ray Monochromator WX-609 US Power Distribution System WX-2KWH 2kW Water Chiller WX-10kVA 208V/240V Voltage Isolation Transformer WX-650 Ultraviolet Photoelectron Spectroscopy The Government will consider all information received via email to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer by 02 December 2022 at 12:00 PM PST. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for any information received. No telephone responses will be accepted. The solicitation or Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted in Contract Opportunities on the SAM website at https://sam.gov/ on or about 08 December 2022. �� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 15 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency.� The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893623Q0022 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm�s experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.
