- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE. SCOPE OF WORK: The National Park Service desires to procure seasonal grounds maintenance to be performed at Rock Creek Park, Fort Totten, Palisades, Rock Creek and Potomac Parkway, Meridian Hill Park and Palisades Parkway (Canal Road) and surrounding areas under a single award Firm-Fixed Price contract on a total 100% small business set-aside basis. Some of the duties include: Turf mowing, line trimming, blade edging and roadway vegetation control at 77 reservations at Rock Creek Park and the surrounding areas. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ)/Invitation for Bid (IFB)/Request for Proposal (RFP). The U.S. Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals in response to this notice. The U.S. Government intends to issue a Request for Proposal. Interested parties shall monitor sam.gov for the release of the proposed solicitation 140P3023R0001. The anticipated closing response date is 27 December 2022.
