Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis District has a requirement for to Rebuild of Ladder Pump Bearing / Shaft Assembly. This contract action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however all quotations/responses will be received by the Government.� A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.� The solicitation number is W912EQ23Q0001 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). �This is a total small business set-aside procurement. The associated NAICS code is 333914 with a size standard of 750. � In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, all vendors shall be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, during performance and through final payment of any contract. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable (333914) to this acquisition must be in vendor�s SAM registration. �
