Description

The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Naval Special Warfare (NSWC) has a requirement for high-speed, dedicated internet services for Naval Special Warfare (NSW) Ranges to include La Posta, Camp Morena, Camp Billy Machen-Niland, San Clemente Island, and Naval Amphibious Base (NAB) Coronado. Annual recurring service is required to maintain this connectivity.� This includes uninterrupted (24x7) network monitoring, enhanced network security features, and maintenance of the communications link between the locations identified and the internet network. The requirement is for the network backbone including but not limited to 100 MB connection to NAB Coronado, 50MB connection to San Clemente Island, CA; Camp Michael Monsoor, CA; and Camp Billy Machen Niland, CA, and T1X2 connection to Camp Morena, CA. This requirement is for a one-year base period of performance with four, one-year options. AT&T, CAGE 0LUL1 is the only source capable of providing these services as they possess the network infrastructure in these remote locations. Given this, this sole source acquisition is being conducted under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). The Limited Sources Justification will be posted under this synopsis. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 517111 and the small business size standard is 1,500 employees. This synopsis shall not be construed as a RFP or an obligation on the part of the Government.
