Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) awarded a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) modification, P00009, to Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract N00019-20-D-0106, to Alliant Techsystems Operations, LLC (a wholly owned subsidiary of Northrop Grumman Defense Systems (NGDS)), for engineering studies, analyses and investigations of the Advanced Anti-Radiation Guided Missile (AARGM) and AARGM-derivative weapon system. �The weapon system is defined as the missile, missile sections, containers, and Peculiar Support Equipment (PSE) components and test sets. This acquisition was pursued on a sole-source basis under statutory authority of Title 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements� per Justification & Approval (J&A) 18-0072, dated 6 August 2018 - �redacted version attached to this announcement.�
