Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source NASA/AFRC has a requirement for Center Administration and Technical Support Services. NASA/AFRC intends to issue a sole source contract to acquire the services from Logical Innovations, Inc. The proposed procurement is for the acquisition of Center Administrative and Technical Support Services (CATSS) functions to support NASA-AFRC activities. It is determined that the work and services covered by current contract are vital to the NASA mission and must be maintained without interruption, both at the commencement and the expiration of this contract. ENTITY GENERAL INFORMATION LOGICAL INNOVATIONS, INC DUNS Unique ID: �786495619 SAM Unique Entity ID: �HM97EKNWL4T7 CAGE: 4KJV1 BUSINESS INFORMATION Company Physical Address: 16902 EL CAMINO REAL STE 3C HOUSTON, TX 77058-2621 This acquisition is made pursuant to FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), which implements the authority for 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) for acquisition of supplies and services from only one source and not other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. It is determined that this requirement to be available only from the original source for the continued provision of highly specialized services when it is likely that award to any other source would result in unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency�s requirements. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort electronically via email to Roxana Romero at Roxana.l.romero@nasa.gov not later than 8am on November 15, 2022, PST. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this acquisition on a competitive basis. �A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
