Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition, removal,�and disposal of existin existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for� B22 HVAC replacement, of Building 22 as required by drawings, specifications, this statement of work, and any pertinent documented�information gathered prior to award.
