- REQUEST FOR QUOTE W912CL-23-Q-0001 1. This is a Request for Quotation for commercial supplies/services prepared in�accordance with FAR Part 13.303. This announcement constitutes the only�solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This requirement is a Blank Purchase Agreement (BPA) under FAR�Subpart 13.303. � � �a. Background: Dumpster delivery services for Joint Interagency Task Force�South (JIATF-S, also referred to herein as �the� � � � � � � � � �Government�) in or near Key�West, Florida. � � �b. Type of Contact: Firm Fixed Price (FFP) � � �c. NAICS: 562111 � � �d. Place of Performance: JIATF-S Key West, Florida 2. The Government reserves the right to cancel this RFQ and make no award. By�responding to this RFQ and submitting a quote, the Contractor understands that the�Government shall not be liable for any costs incurred by the Contractor in response to�this RFQ. 3. All responses shall be in English, eligible and prepared in the following general�format to be properly evaluated. Responses must be complete, self?sufficient, and�respond directly to the requirements of this RFQ. 4. Annotate �Quote Expiration Date�, �Best Delivery Date� and any �Discount Terms� 5. Vendors must be registered in SAM at SAM.GOV. Go to https://www.sam.gov 6. The Government reserves the right to award without discussion 7. Instructions to Offeror�s: Quotes shall include the following: � � �a. Pricing per delivery and removal. � � �b. Service specifications in sufficient detail to ensure compliance with�PWS/SOW � � �c. Contracts name, address, CAGE code, and DUNS � � �d. Contractor point of contact with email and phone number � � �e. Completed Reps & Certs � � �f. Signed copy of Amendments (If Applicable) � � �g. Please ensure quotes are valid for 90 days. 8. Basis of Award: The Government intends to award based on Best Value, IAW�13.106-1. 9. Electronic Submission. The Offeror shall provide a copy of their quote as an�electronic file. The QUOTE shall be e?mailed to Contract Specialist, David Cecconi�at david.t.cecconi2.civ@army.mil and Contracting Officer, Marlene Barretto at� marlene.g.barretto.civ@army.mil before 9:00AM Central Standard Time (CST),�on 09 November 2022. 10.
