- DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY U.S. IMMIGRATION AND CUSTOMS ENFORCEMENT (ICE) REQUEST FOR INFORMATION # T8 PROGRAM� 1.0�� �Purpose of Request for Information THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI). ICE issues this RFI to provide notification of an upcoming procurement and to determine the level of interest in this requirement. DHS/ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) intends to identify sources that can provide Title-8 Program 1 (T8P1) Planning Support Services (PSS). Responses to this RFI may be used to identify potential contract vehicles (such as DHS Strategic Sourcing vehicles, General Services Administration (GSA) contracts and NASA-SEWP) and determine if this requirement should be set aside for specific small business classifications. Therefore, while not responding to this RFI does not directly preclude a contractor from participating in a future solicitation, not responding to this RFI could impact procurement decisions that affect a contractor�s ability to participate in a future solicitation as a prime contractor. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes � it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, ICE will not accept unsolicited proposals. Interested parties are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party�s expense. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to monitor these sites for additional information pertaining to this requirement. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned. 2.0�� �Description of Requirements This is a recompete of Task Order 70CTD020FR0000093 which is currently being performed by Cyberdata Technologies, Inc. For a description of the requirements, see the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). 3.0�� �Submission of Company�s Qualifications, Experience and Comments on the Draft PWS Interested parties are requested to respond to this RFI by completing the attached Request for Information � Response Form. The Government will only review complete responses submitted on this form. Interested parties may tailor the length of their response to the questions provided, however the completed form shall not exceed three (3) pages.� Interested parties are invited to comment on the Draft PWS. All comments on the Draft PWS shall be submitted in accordance with Section 5.0 Submission Instructions. 4.0�� �Questions Questions and requests for additional information must be sent to DHS/ICE via e-mail vladimir.jockovic@ice.dhs.gov and michelle.brooks@ice.dhs.gov no later than 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Tuesday, November 8, 2022. �All submissions shall include �Questions for RFI# T8 PROGRAM (Company�s Name)� in the subject line of the email. Verbal questions will NOT be accepted. Questions shall NOT contain proprietary or classified information. The Government does not guarantee that questions received after the due date will be answered. 5.0�� �Submission Instructions A completed Request for Information � Response Form and any comments on the Draft PWS shall be received via e-mail as one electronic submission in Adobe PDF format with the subject line �RFI-T8 PROGRAM.� Submissions must be received no later than 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Monday, November 14, 2022 and submitted only to vladimir.jockovic@ice.dhs.gov and michelle.brooks@ice.dhs.gov. Early submissions are encouraged. ICE reserves the right to review late submissions but makes no guarantee to the order of, or possibility for, this review. All company proprietary information, performance capabilities and/or future modifications must be clearly identified and marked so segregation of proprietary information is required.
