- 36C25023Q0077 0001 RFQ 36C25023Q0077 QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS 1. Question: How would you like this proposal to be submitted? Answer: This procurement is only opened to all SDVOSB s. If your business is an SDVOSB, please submit quote to Tracy.Granger@va.gov 2. Question: How many pallets and are the pallets wrapped Answer: Approximately 13 Pallets, pallets are wrapped 3. Question: Can you provide the SDS s for the material? Answer: The sanitizers in question have been vetted by a company to ensure they can be used for fuel blending. All are ethyl alcohol based and contain no silicon. SDS s have been added to this amendment (see below). 4. Question: Can you confirm this is a single pickup at the main facility? Answer: It is a single pick-up at the Marion VA Medical Center 5. Question: Will the government allow for disposal of the material if it is more cost effective to dispose of the waste? Answer: No, recycle only. Otherwise, it would be considered hazard waste. 6. Question: How much quantity and / or container sizes is in this procurement package? Answer: Please refer to the Statement of Work 7. Question: Please advise the quantity (pallets/cases/weight) of hand sanitizer that you would like recycled. Answer: Please see answer to question #6 8. Question: I m looking for sell a lot of one gallon hand sanitizers, I would like to know if this is what you are looking for? Answer: No 9. Question: Has solicitation 36C25023Q0077 been cancelled on SAM.gov? Answer: No, the solicitation is still active on SAM.gov. Quotes are due back on 11/04/2022 by 1:00 PM EST. 10. Question: Can you please provide the SDS for each line Item? Answer: Please see answer to question #3 11. Question: How will this be packaged for pickup? (Drums, pallets, boxes) Answer: Pallets 12. Question: Can you please give idea of how many pallets, drums or boxes? Answer: Please see answer to question #2. 13. Question: If boxed, can you please give approximate weight of boxes? Answer: No, we cannot provide an approximate weight of boxes since they re wrapped up tightly on pallets. The Statement of work states approximately 11,227 pounds total for pickup. 14. Question: Will boxes, drums, etc., be labeled? Answer: Boxes and bottles all contain their original packaging labeling, but this will not be labeled for hazmat shipment. It will be a requirement of the contractor to ensure that the containers are labeled as part of providing the hazardous materials shipment.
