- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 99THG4TRANKIT40 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-08. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 335220 with a small business size standard of 1,500.00 employees. This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified sellers may submit bids. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. MICC End User is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids. All responsible Offerers that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the online exchange located at https://marketplace.unisonglobal.com. In order to submit a quote, you must register, and/or log into Unison Marketplace to submit your quotes in accordance with their guidance. The Government�s selection for award will be made via reverse auction to the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LTPA) BPA holder. The Government anticipates award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order. In addition to providing pricing at www.UnisonMarketplace.com for this solicitation, each BPA Holder shall provide any required, NSP responses (e.g. technical proposals, representations and certifications, etc.). You may attach documents with your offer when submitting a quote. After you begin the quote process the attachment feature is located on the 2nd page �Line Items� or you may submit them to MarketplaceSupport@unisonglobal.com to supplement your quote. Failure to provide any required documents prior to the proposal due date and time will deem your offer non-responsive and ineligible for award. The Government intends to make an award to the BPA Holder who submits the lowest price, technically acceptable quote that meets all minimum Statement of Work and delivery schedule requirements. Quotes must be on all the parts and full quantities identified. Bid MUST be good for 60 calendar days after submission.
