Description: The GSA, on behalf of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, is seeking Construction Services to renovate the 3rd floor of the Courthouse. The space is approximately 16,690 square-feet. UPDATE:� The second attachment is Amendment 1 of this solicitation.� It shows that Requests for Information (RFI) are due no later than October 12, 2022 by 4:30 (1630) PM EST via email to joseph.spado@gsa.gov.� It also updates some parts of the ""Agreement."" UPDATE: The third attachment is Amendment 2 of this solcitation it gives updated guidance on the GC and GC Agreement section declaring them null and void but instead to use the one in this amendment along with updated information on said GC.� Also the following are included in this amendment This amendment includes the following Exhibits: Amendment Details starting on page 3 New General Contract starting on page 4 Exhibit 3: WPCH 3rd Fl R&A Contractor Bid Sheet -�(Starting on page 53) Exhibit 4: US Courts Design Guide v2021 -�(Starting on page 122) Exhibit 5: Renovations and Alterations Appendix I -�(Starting on page 55) Exhibit 6: Courthouse Entry Protocol -�(Starting on page 48) Exhibit 7: Loading Dock Procedures -�(Starting on page 52) UPDATE:� The fourth attachment is Amendment 3 of this solicitation.� It gives an updated amendment details section included in Amendment 2 to correct Exhibit numbers and add verbage for the use of Exhibit 4 and exhibit 5 in relation to the designs� and specifications.
