Description: USTRANSCOM/TCAQ-C is preparing to re-procure services for� Air Terminal and Ground Handling Services (ATGHS) at Misawa AB and Fukuoka IAP, Japan. This requirement is to support a working Maximum on Ground (MOG) capability of one (1) wide-body aircraft or the equivalent thereof at both locations as detailed in the description of services on the attached questionnaire.
