The VA is seeking QUALIFIED VENDORS to provide a very brief response to this notice including only just what is asked for in this notice below. This is a sources sought notice to industry and the only information is posted on Contract Opportunities web page at https://SAM.Gov/. Sources sought means seeking qualified vendors. The attachments included on the Contract Opportunities page do not include any additional information. If your company is interested, please read this notice entirely and submit the required information, as requested herein. VA is seeking qualified sources ( vendors ) who have interest and capability of providing a Temporary Emergency Room Modular/Trailer rental for the Grand Junction VA Medical Center, 2121 North Ave, Grand Junction, Colorado 81501. The requirement will require temporary medical exam and treatment space and associated offices. The Contractor shall provide trailers that will provide approximately 8,500 SF of clinical space and office space for futures services that are displaced by construction. The selected contractor shall coordinate with the Station to determine preliminary site improvement required to support trailers (site improvements to be constructed by others); deliver temporary facilities and place in designated locations; remove trailers when no longer required.
