- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. This sources sought does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, the Air Force is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Respondees are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this Sources Sought; all costs associated with responding to this Sources Sought will be solely at the interested party�s expense. Not responding to this Sources Sought does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized onto the Government Point of Entry. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement. Air Combat Command, Acquisition Management Integration Center (ACC AMIC) PKBC, Hurlburt Field, FL in support of the 505th Test and Training Group (505 TTG) is seeking information on how an interested contractor could support Academic and Training Support Services for the 505 TTG. This announcement closes 4:00 p.m. CST on Friday, 25 November 2022. The Government is seeking input from all sources (small and large businesses) at this time and a draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is posted in conjunction with this notice to provide the size, scope, and complexity of this requirement. If the respondee is a part of a GSA Multiple Award Schedule or IDIQ service contract vehicle, please include contract number and schedule information in the Sources Sought response. FAR 52.215-3: (a) The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this Sources Sought or to otherwise pay for the information solicited except as an allowable cost under other contracts as provided in subsection 31.205-18, bid and proposal costs, of the Federal Acquisition Regulation. (b) Although ""proposal"" and ""offeror"" are used in this Sources Sought, your response will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal. (c) This Sources Sought is for planning and market research purposes only and should not be considered as a request for proposals or as a solicitation to do business with the Government. The 505 TTG requires a contractor to provide necessary services covering instruction, course execution, and course development support to the government-led maintenance and execution of 505 TTG courses, necessary scenario development, tactics development support, and student services support to government-led and execution of formal courses, and necessary services to support Highly Qualified Expert - Senior Mentor (HQE-SM) directed activities with respect several exercises, academic, and seminars/summits.� Performance will consist of a Phase-In/Transition period (length of Phase-In period is TBD), one (1) year base period, and four (4) one-year option periods. The Government anticipates making award on or about 01 May 2023, with the Phase-In/Transition period covering 09 May - 09 June 2023. The Request for Proposal (RFP) release date is to be determined. Please note: This is an estimated posting time frame and it is the responsibility of the interested parties to monitor SAM.gov for subsequent postings. A draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is posted in conjunction with this notice to provide the size, scope, and complexity of this requirement.� The current contract was sourced from a competitive pool under GSA OASIS (Pool 1). The Government is seeking industry input to determine if there are other vehicles capable of performing the follow-on requirement. A determination regarding the set-aside status and vehicle for this effort has not been made.� This is not a formal Request for Proposal (RFP), and no contract will result from this notice, nor does it commit the Government to any acquisition for these services. All interested parties should submit a capabilities package (please limit to no more than 50 pages total) outlining your company's key business abilities relevant to the performance of this requirement.
