The Army has a requirement for a Production Readiness Test Assets (PRTA) contract, MQ-1C Gray Eagle (GE) PRTA long lead items. The Government�s required delivery schedule is twelve (12) months from date of award. This requirement is subject to the availability of funds.� Authority Cited: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B) and 6.302.1(a)(2)(iii)(B) � �Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements�.� Firms that recognize and can perform the required service above are encouraged to identify themselves.� All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered.� The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation.� However, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
