- Description
- Endescope maintenance and repair Question regarding Page 10 Appendix A. We assume the column $/Refurbished means max or cap price that would be charged per model ? It would be whatever you would charge for the refurbish of that particular model. The Government can t assume if you have minimum or maximum charges. Column $/hour Please explain what this column is for. This is to give company s the option to charge by the hour for repair rather than a flat refurbish rate. You can put N/A if it doesn t apply. The Qty column is for information only? That is correct. Per the SOW the inventory list attached is what we currently have, but models may, and can be switched out. Since this is a Firm fixed price then pricing each line individually is an option then? As long as the base year total and option year totals are filled out it is acceptable? Yes, we want you to fill out each and every line item as per the price schedule in the solicitation document. The price evaluation will be completed as aggregate prices as stated in the solicitation. How will this contract be awarded, as a BPA? Or Firm fixed contract? Firm Fixed price IDIQ. You have a column for $/hour and $/refurbished what is the expectation of filling this out since there are multiple quantities of each item? Option if your company charges by the hour for repairs, charges for refurbish of each item, or both. Is the PM of the equipment listed an on-site requirement? Or can these be shipped in to be checked out? Currently it is my understanding the facilities are shipping these to the company for repairs, FOB destination. If this is a BPA will preventative maintenance assessments be billable? No. This should be included in your price. Will a vendor be disqualified if they cannot provide a repair exchange for every model of scope in the inventory? That is correct. The vendor we use on this contract must be able to service all models on the inventory list. You are welcome to use subcontractors. If you intend to utilize subcontractors to perform the contract you will be required to submit a subcontracting plan.
