Description: The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has an urgent requirement to rent/lease temporary parking spaces located near the Nestle RSOI building to be used by agency staff in support of Hurricane Fiona disaster response activities throughout the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Due to damages sustained during from previous weather events such as Hurricane Maria, intermittent earthquakes, and numerous floodings, parking slots near to the facility have been limited and other locations greater than one mile are not considered feasible for use.
