- Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price (FPP) Request for Proposal (RFP) for a 3-Year Requirements type Long Term Contract (LTC). This action will be a competitive, total small business set-aside for the following item: Noun: MODIFICATION KIT,VE NSN: 2590-01-621-4063 Manufacturer Part Number/CAGE code: 57K4359/19207 Inspection/Acceptance/FOB: Origin/Origin/Origin Level of Preservation: Military Level of Packing: A Estimated Total Quantity Over the 3 years: 200 EA This solicitation, W56HZV-23-R-0009, is anticipated for release within two to four weeks. The Technical Data Package is competitive and limited to DoD and US DoD Contractors only. Access to the TDP is restricted, requiring vedors to submit a request for access in SAM.gov. Access will be granted pending verification of the contractor's active registration in JCP. The requestor must be the point of contact listed in the JCP certification.� To obtain certification, contractors must submit a DD Form 2345 to the United States (U.S.)/Canada Joint Certification Office (JCO), along with a copy of supporting documentation. DD Form 2345 and instructions can be found on the Joint Certification Program website at: http://www.dla.mil/HQ/InformationOperations/Offers/Products/LogisticsApplications/JCP.aspx � CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a mailing list. The burden is therefore on any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the proposal.
