Description
THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE IS ISSUED SOLELY FOR INFORMATIONAL AND PLANNING PURPOSES AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION. No formal solicitation documents exist at this present time. Responses to this Sources Sought notice will be utilized by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this Sources Sought notice, a solicitation announcement may be published via SAM.gov | Contract Opportunities. This notice constitutes market research for records management/archival review, arrangement, and description of approximately 200 cubic feet of physical (paper based) records. Records may include 8�x10� and 11�x14� modern standard office paper, as well as historical documents on onion paper, maps and blueprints, and photographs. The records may be unorganized and un-foldered. In coordination with the Agency Records Manager, the records will be reviewed against the Agency�s records schedule, as well as the federal General Records Schedule (GRS), to determine permanence versus temporary status. Those which are determined to be permanent per the schedule will be organized by series, re-foldered with new labels, and box and folder inventories created in a database. Those which are temporary records will be separated and their disposition schedule to be captured in a separate database. Temporary records will be prepared for disposal. The records review will be required to be conducted onsite at ABMC headquarters in Arlington, VA during normal business hours. Records cannot be moved offsite. There is no opportunity for telework on this project. This project includes the following taskings: Familiarization with Agency records schedule Familiarization with federal General Records Schedule (GRS) Review of records against the schedule to assess permanent versus temporary status As necessary, folder or re-folder all records with appropriate labels (to be provided) Place folders of each records series into appropriate boxes (to be provided) Enter into existing database the box and folder list for all permanent and temporary records. Estimated length of project: 5 months, with options to renew. REQUESTED INFORMATION. If you are interested, capable, and can provide the required service, please provide the requested information as indicated below: Company name, address, point of contact, size of business, duns, cage, and contract number. Is this service on contract with your GSA, SEWP, other federal contract? If so, provide the contract type and number. Provide business size status and representations for the applicable NAICS code. Provide any previous contract award information for past similar projects. Provide hourly rates of staff typically employed in past similar projects. All responses to this Sources Sought notice shall be submitted via email to Ms. Anna Nereng at nerenga@abmc.gov. Telephone, Fax, or any other form of communication inquiries will not be reviewed or accepted in response to this Sources Sought notice. Responses must be received no later than November 8, 2022 by 1300 EDT. DISCLAIMER: All information received in response to this RFI marked as proprietary will be handled in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(e). Response to this notice is not an offer and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses incurred responding to this Sources Sought notice.
