- �This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W9127N23Q0003- Provide labor, material, and equipment to overhaul one (1) Over Side Dredge Pump (OSDP) electric motor. Overhaul the motor to include rewind of stator and replacement of all bearings and seals�(in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement). An award decision will be based on price alone with award going to the responsible contractor that submits the lowest price. The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-08 Effective September 23, 2022. This solicitation is advertised as Full and Open under NAICS Code 336611 Ship Building and Repairing, with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award.
