Description
The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to provide answers to vendor questions and extend the close date and time for the solicitation. Please see questions and answers below. The due date and time are hereby extended from October 19, 2022 at 4PM EST to October 25, 2022 at 1PM EST. It was stated on the site visit this is requesting a total of 1 IR scan. Please confirm. - 1 IR scan It was stated on the site visit that this work is to take place by the end of 2022. Please confirm. - Correct The drawings provided do not exactly match the equipment list in the solicitation. Are we to bid from the drawing package or the equipment list? Please use the equipment list It is stated in the RFP that outages are 12 hours but during the site visit they stated the outage can be no longer than 7 pm to 6 am. Please confirm outage windows. 7pm 6am, Mon - Sun It was stated on the site walk that the paralleling gear in the energy center could be maintained on straight time. Can an updated schedule be clarified? Per the RFP, all maintenance work was to be conducted off hours.- Work to be conducted off hours (7pm- 6am), but we will try to accommodate work to be done during normal hours as needed It was stated on the site walk that NPSS1 750kVA transformer, breakers, relays, and associated NPSS1 1600A MSB could be tested on straight time(normal working hours). Could an updated maintenance schedule be clarified? Per the RFP, all maintenance work was to be conducted off hours. - Work to be conducted off hours (7pm- 6am), but we will try to accommodate work to be done during normal hours as needed When will the current arc flash study be completed and stickers applied to the equipment? Arc flash study completed.  However, stickers have not been applied.  We will share the arc flash study report when the contract is awarded Please confirm that outages can be taken from 7pm to 6am Monday through Friday, as it was discussed on the site walk.
