Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons. United States Penitentiary. Waymart. Pennsylvania, intends to issue a firm-fixed price, sole source purchase order to South Canaan Telephone. Stahlstown. PA. OBA LHTC Broaband. This non-competitive action is being issued by the Federal Correctional Institution, Otisville. NY for the period of October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2023. The United States Penitentiary has a need for telephone services. The Government believes that South Canaan Telephone is the only vendor that will satisy the agency requirement with continuing telephone services. This is not a request for competitive quotes. This is a sole source procurement under the Simplified Acquistion Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition (FAR 6.302-1). The intent of this Special Notice is for informational purposes only. However. all information received before the close date of this notice will be considered by the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purchase of determining whether to conduct a competitive procuremen t for future requirements
