- Pursuant to the information distributed in a previous Sources Sought Notice 19AQMM22R0071 dated December 14, 2021, the Department of State�s Bureau of African Affairs and Bureau of Political-Military Affairs intends to host a virtual Pre-Proposal meeting on Thursday, November, 17, 2022 from 1000 hours to 1100 hours EST. To receive dial-in information, please email GlobalAdvisory@state.gov with the subject, �Global Advisory Industry Day RSVP� and copy Contracting Officers Daniel Jackson (JacksonDJ@state.gov) and Jocabed Domingue (DomingueJ@state.gov) and Contract Specialists?Michael Nelson (NelsonMD@state.gov) and Andrew Lawson (LawsonAR@state.gov). � Offerors should also be aware of the following information: � 1.�� �All questions are to be submitted in writing directly to the POC identified below. The Government is not responsible for questions submitted to anyone other than the official POC. � 2.�� �The Government will only answer questions that are submitted in writing with the name and requirement number listed on the request. Questions may be sent ahead of the pre-proposal conference and the Government may or may not chose to answer them in the presentation to Vendors. � 3.�� �Program Office personnel are not authorized to discuss the requirement with contractors or third-party personnel. � 4.�� �Due to limited resources, the Government will be unable to meet individually with contractors. Communication with the Government is limited to written questions submitted to the designated POC. � 5.�� �Questions asked and answered at the pre-proposal conference will be posted by Amendment in SAM.gov. All other questions asked and answered will also be posted periodically in SAM.gov. � 6.�� �The Government is unable to reschedule the pre-proposal conference. The designated date and time listed in this announcement will be the only pre-proposal conference. � 7.�� �Due to the multiple sites involved, site visits will not be conducted.
